" Roll-up cover and rack review: I just purchased the ACESS Original Roll-Up cover and the ADARAC Aluminum Series Rack from Agri-Cover INC. Prior to purchase I had a lot of questions about the products After my first e-mail to my last e-mail Kurt Rostenbach was extremely prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of his company's product. He also had a very personable personality that was a great plus to his outstanding customer service. When I received the cover and rack there were informative instructions with videos on how to install both products. These were installed on my new 2023 Chevy 2500HD LTZ/Z71 Duramax. There were some minor scratches on one rail. There were also a few bolts missing. Kurt very promptly sent the new rail and bolts to me FedEx. The quality of your products should last us a long time. It is always nice to do business with a person like Kurt that even stood by his product after the sale. I am sure Kurt is an asset to your company. Highly recommended... Thanks again Kurt...
